We fell in love with Schnauzers in 1996 when we bought our first Giant Schnauzer (Boujan Fimbrionata) from Fred and Janet Boulton. Little did we know what road she would take us down!

At first we would meet Janet and Fred at shows to get help with grooming; from there we went on to showing and as our interest deepened we decided to occasionally breed a litter. Over the years we have made many friends in the dog world and in 2004 we were asked by Alberto and Jane Alvarez if we would like to re-home their black/silver miniature schnauzer Jo-Jo as they were to return to Spain. This began another love affair with the Black/Silver minis. At this time we already had our names down for a black/silver mini from a breeder in Holland (she, Cora, did not arrive until 2006).
